Susan Jane Wheatley

Susan Jane (Case) Wheatley, 60, was called to God on Monday, August 30, 2004. Susan was born July 28, 1944 in Sioux City, IA, to A. Bernard and Geraldine Case. She was baptized into the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at the age of 8. She spent the rest of her life serving Christ as an instrument of His word. She graduated from Graceland College in Lamoni, IA, where she was a long-time resident until being directed to move to Zion. Susan is survived by her husband, Roland, whom she married August 23, 1993. Susan was a confident person, basking in the love of Christ and the success of her children, Jeffrey Bernard Morgan, Kimberly Sue Morgan, Lance Alan Morgan, Caroline Elizabeth Morgan, and Jeremiah Joseph Morgan; six grandchildren, Seth, Emily, Amanda, Savannah, Adelyn, and Jeremiah; and daughters-in-law Christine and Rebecca., all of whom survive her. Susan was an instrument of God, always finding a way to testify to everyone. Services will be 10:00 am Friday at Stone Church; burial in Mound Grove Cemetery.
