Marshall Joseph Wheelbarger, 8, of Independence, Mo, passed away, Sunday July 13, 2003 at his home. Services will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday at the Raytown First Assembly of God, 9800 E. 350 Hwy. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday July 17, 2003 at the Greenwood Cemetery 411 S. Dunnegan Avenue Bolivar, MO 65613. The family will greet friends from 7 to 9:00 p.m., Tuesday evening at the Speaks Suburban Chapel 18020 E. 39th St. in Independence, MO 64055. Marshall was born June 5, 1995 in Liberty, MO to Joseph and Glena (Gaines) Wheelbarger. He attended Blue Springs Special Service Center. He is survived by his parents; Joseph and Glena Wheelbarger of the home; a brother, Cody Wheelbarger of the home; grandparents, Dorothy Gaines of Kansas City, MO and Charles and Donna Wheelbarger of Bolivar, MO; aunts and uncles; Tim and Mona Gaines, William and Melody Rust, James and Jan Scates; Loren and Genie Jones, James Wheelbarger, Tom and Linda Cole and Robert and Nelda Cort, and many cousins. He was preceded in death by a grandfather, Norman Gaines, Sr., a uncle, Norman Gaines, Jr. and a cousin Jackie Rust.
