Eva Bell Willard (Moppin)

Eva Bell Willard, 80, of Independence, Missouri passed away Friday January 28, 2022.
Eva was born on August 1, 1941, in Henrietta, Missouri, daughter to George A. and Mamie P. (Mershon) Moppin.
She was one of fourteen children. Eva was working as a hostess at Conoco Inn Restaurant when she met her husband to be, Howard, they later married in 1972. She continued her service in the restaurant business, hosting at Waid’s Diner and then later in life working retail at The Dollar Store. Eva enjoyed crocheting, did a little sewing and loved to read a good mystery. Most of all she loved spending time with family. Eva will be dearly missed.
Eva is survived by her husband of 49 years, Howard Willard; children, Dana Harms, Dennis (Sherry) Willard, Danny Willard; 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; sisters, Glenda Viles and Effie Minyard.
She is preceded in death by her parents George and Mamie Moppin and her 11 other siblings.
A graveside service will be held at 1pm, Friday February 4, 2022 at Dover Cemetery in Dover, Missouri.
