William "Bill" James Luckenbaugh

William J. (Bill) Luckenbaugh, Independence, MO passed away November 8, 2024, at age 84. Born January 7, 1940, in Marysville, PA to Clifford and Olive Luckenbaugh (deceased); wife Martha (deceased); survived by son, Craig Luckenbaugh, Lincoln, MO; daughters, Tammy Mick, North Kansas City, MO and Jessica Luckenbaugh of the home; three sisters, Fern Luckenbaugh (deceased), Marysville, PA, Jean Smiley, husband Robert, Shermansdale, PA and Linda Herr, husband Kenneth, Elizabethtown, PA. 

Bill graduated from Susquehanna High School, Marysville, PA and The Kansas City Business College, Kansas City, MO after serving in the United States Marine Corp (USMC). Bill had worked for the Goad Company, Independence, MO for 44 ½ years. He was a Member of the Concord Baptist Church, Bates City, MO. In his free time, he enjoyed solving crossword puzzles. 

Service to be held at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 291 Hwy and 39th St, Independence, MO. Burial: Woodlawn Cemetery, Independence, MO Entombment (Cremation Gardens). Arrangements by Speaks Funeral Home, independence, MO.
