Jackie L. Williams (West)

Jackie L. Williams, 68 of Independence, MO passed away Sunday, January 22, 2017 at her residence. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 26, 2017 at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Memory Gardens. The family will greet friends from 6 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday evening at the chapel. Jackie was born July 25, 1948 in Kansas City, MO to Clyde and Alberta (Lampton) West and has been a lifelong area resident graduating from William Chrisman High School in 1966. She was a beloved wife, mother and homemaker who enjoyed reading and computer work. She is a member of Freewill Baptist Church. Survivors include; her loving husband of 50 years, Larry Williams of the home; a daughter, Angie Coin and husband, Danny; a son, Dale Williams and wife Jodi; her mother, Birdie West; a brother, Rick West, 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
