June Rose Williams, 65 of Blue Springs, MO passed away Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at her residence. Services 10:00 a.m. Friday December 11, 2015 at the Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. Burial will follow in Lee’s Summit Historical Cemetery. The family will greet from 6 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday evening at the chapel. Following the services the family will have a reception at St. Margaret’s Catholic Church, 777 Blackwell Rd., Lee’s Summit, MO 64086. June was born October 7, 1950 in Clearwater, FL to Gerald and Ann (Passig) Dobson. She had worked in the print shop at Kansas City Life Insurance Company for 32 years until she retired in 2005. She was a pilot, professional truck driver, scuba diver, enjoyed quilting and crafts and was a member of the Mitchell Flying Club, Twilight Stitches Quilting Guild and the 99’s of Kansas City. She is survived by; her husband Bob Williams of the home; 3 children, Bud Tarter and wife Tammy of Blue Springs, MO, Bobby Williams and wife Angie of Deepwater, MO and Beckie Nelson; a sister Penny Pfeifer and husband Gary of Lee’s Summit, MO; 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
