DONNA LEE WILLIAMSON
Donna Williamson, 71, went to her loving Father on October 23, 2016, She was a life time resident of Independence, MO. She turned her heart and life over to God on March 27, 1997 at 10:07 p.m. Afterward all she did was for His glory. She was a floral designer. After retiring, she enjoyed quilting, crocheting and reading. She was the daughter of Fendley and Ruby Smith. She is survived by her siblings, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and their families. Donna is a true Thursday’s child. Her mother brought her into this world on a Thursday, and she will be lovingly buried by her family next to her mother on a Thursday. It’s hard to sum up a life in just a few sentences, but Donna was loved as a friend, a mother, a daughter, a sister, and a grandmother. She is missed.
A service will be held Thursday, October 27th at 10:00am at Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave. Independence. Burial will follow at Mt. Washington Cemetery. Online condolences may be expressed at www.speakschapel.com (Arrangements: Carson-Speaks Chapel 816-252-7900)
