Sherri Kay Williamson

Sherri Kay Williamson 46, of Kansas City, MO passed away October 23, 2006 at the Kansas City Hospice House. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday at the Speaks Suburban Chapel in Independence, MO. Burial will be in Floral Hills East Cemetery in Lee�s Summit, MO. The family will greet friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time Friday at the chapel. Sherri was born February 21, 1960 in Kansas City, MO to Robert M. and Patricia D. (Ramsey) Wilcox and has been a lifelong area resident. She graduated from Raytown High School in 1978 and received her bachelor�s degree in Recreation Management from Central Missouri State University in 1983. She was a commissioned police officer for the City of Lee�s Summit Police Department from 1984 to 1994, and had worked for the last 12 years as an administrative specialist in the Leawood, KS Police Department. She was an active member of the Blue Ridge Methodist Church. Sherri is survived by her loving daughter, Nicole Spencer of the home; her parents Robert and Pat Wilcox of Kansas City, MO; her brother, Craig Wilcox and his wife Sheila of Smithville, MO and her sister, Bev Hughes and her husband Jerry of Raytown, MO.
