Patricia Gail “Pat” Wilson, 70, Independence, MO passed away Monday, February 17, 2014.

Pat was born December 8, 1943 in Eugene, OR the daughter of Douglas Park and Annetta May (Scott) Farmer. She was a graduate of William Chrisman High School and received her Bachelors in Early Childhood Development from Central Missouri State. Pat owned and operated Quality Child Care until her retirement in 2001. She enjoyed gardening, traveling and loved being with her family.

Survivors include her loving husband, Thomas Wilson of 49 years; daughter, Patricia Lynnette Wilson and companion, Christopher; sons, Thomas Douglas Wilson and wife Tiffany, and Mark Thomas Wilson and wife Denise; grandchildren, Kristine, Dalton, Hayden, and Garth Wilson; and additional extended family. She was preceded in death by her brother, Terry Farmer and her parents.

A memorial visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, February 21, 2014 at Speaks Suburban Chapel; 18020 E 39th St. Independence, MO 64055.
