Mary B. Wrabec, 88, of Sugar Creek, MO passed away August 14, 2014. A visitation will be held from 6-8:00 p.m. on Monday, August 18, at the Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave., Independence, MO. A Mass Of Christian Burial will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 19, at St. Cyril’s Catholic Church, 11231 Chicago St., Sugar Creek, MO. Burial will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery. Contributions may be made in Mary’s name to the church. Mary was born September 28, 1925 in Sugar Creek, MO. After 44 years, she retired from Sears Roebuck where she had worked as a key punch operator. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Wrabec; twin sister, Vera Villers; and two brothers, Joe and Tony Gensor.
