Sue Ann Zobans

Sue Ann Zobans, of Independence, Missouri, passed away, Sunday, April 24, 2022. She was 75 years of age.
Sue was born on May 10, 1946, in Lansing, Michigan, the daughter of Adrian and Nina (Strobe) Allison, one of three children. She attended the University of Michigan, in East Lansing, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree and worked as an Administrative Assistant at the General Hospital in Kansas City. Sue enjoyed art and listening to music. She enjoyed going out to eat and with friends and loved studying the Scriptures, starting everyday with devotions. Sue was an exceptional woman and will be missed by all who knew her.
Sue is survived by her brothers, Ron Allison of North Carolina, Gary Allison of Tennessee; beloved friend, Ted Weber; extended family and dear friends. She is preceded in death by her parents Adrian and Nina Allison and husband, Sigurd Zobans.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 E. 39th St., Independence, MO 64055. Family will greet guest between the hours of 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Sue will be laid to rest at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville. Inurnment to be scheduled at a later date.
